Fidel Quintanilla convicted of attacking woman

A jury has convicted an 18-year-old man of robbery and other charges for attacking a woman who was walking to the Farragut West Metro station.
The D.C. Superior Court jury convicted Fidel Quintanilla of robbery, assault with significant bodily harm and receiving stolen property. He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 28.
Authorities said Quintanilla and a juvenile attacked a woman on Dec. 19, 2010 as she was crossing K Street at Connecticut Avenue NW to get to the Metro.
