Police search for possible serial killer in NY
Police are looking for a possible serial killer in New York. Nassau County and state police found two teeth Friday not far from where a human skull was found earlier this month.
Early in the search they did discover a shoe, which was bagged by investigators and will be looked at. Cutting through the dense bramble with chain saws and machetes they to begin raking ground area for any bones. Forensic experts are also on hand to make a determination if any
remains are human.
“We have found two sets of remains. Right now we do not have a criminal homicide but we are investigating the circumstances upon which those bones were place here,” said Detective Lt. Kevin Smith.
They are also still testing the remains and waiting for those results to come back, such as the gender and age of the person and how long they remains have been out in the bramble.
