Soraya Mascall, missing mentally challenged Gaithersburg teen found

Montgomery County Police say 16-year-old Soraya Mascall has been found unharmed in Gaithersburg Tuesday morning.

Soraya was reported missing after she disappeared from outside of her home in Gaithersburg around 8 a.m. Monday. Police say Soraya functions at the level of a six to seven-year-old.
