Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred Friday, May 6. At 11 a.m. a man entered the Wachovia Bank at 1311 Dolley Madison Boulevard, displayed a gun and demanded money. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no injuries.

The suspect was described as black, around 6 feet tall and wore a black sweatshirt with black pants.
