The infant, who lives in the 4100 block of Chantilly Lace Court, was flown out by helicopter to Inova Fairfax Hospital around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

Frederick Greene said he heard his neighbor screaming for help and saw her holding her unconscious 13-month-old son.

“I ran over and I saw the baby wasn't breathing, and I just started CPR and I brought the baby back to life,” Greene said.

As paramedics rushed the child to a helicopter, Fairfax County police tried to piece together what happened. It appears the little boy was toddling near a television on the second floor of the home when the TV tumbled over on top of him.

The television is reportedly a 32-inch older model that weighs more than 50 pounds. “It was one of the older televisions the boxier style,” said Officer Mary Hulse of Fairfax County Police.

Investigators said it appears to be an accident. Other family members were nearby, but the TV fell suddenly. The baby's mother pulled him out from under it, then called 911.
