Authorities have arrested a Stafford man after he allegedly impersonated a police officer.
Police arrested Craig McSween, 38, on Saturday after McSween went to a person’s house, displayed a badge and claimed that he was a federal law enforcement officer, police said. McSween left the residence after the citizen asked to see credentials. Police arrested McSween a short distance away.
Police said McSween had in his car a tactical vest, several badges, a second handgun and red and white lights on the dashboard of his vehicle.
