Crash closes traffic on Washington Boulevard

A vehicle broke through a metal barrier on Washington Boulevard and one tire is dangling over the side above Route 110.

The single vehicle crash has closed down three lanes of Washington Boulevard while the scene is being cleared.

A witness on the scene said the vehicle does not spear to be in danger of falling.
