A teacher at Woodbridge Middle School was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly inappropriately touched a 13-year-old student.

Police arrested David Blount, 62, of Stafford, and charged him with attempted indecent liberties by a custodian. He is accused of inappropriately touching a student while at the school.
