A 49-year-old woman was arrested and charged with making a false statement to police after she claimed to have found child porn on a man she was having a fight with.
Police arrested Elizabeth Ann Peters, of Mechanicsville, Md.
She is accused of downloading child porn onto a computer and then blaming a man for the pornography, police said.
Police conducted a forensic analysis of the computer and determined that Peters downloaded the images in an attempt to bring false charges against the man.
