Danny Espinosa homers twice in Nationals win over Phllies

Danny Espinosa hit a pair of home runs to lead the Washington Nationals past the Philadelphia Phillies 10-2 on Tuesday night. Espinosa ended the game with four RBI, and Michael Morse collected three hits and drove in a pair of runs.
Nationals starter Jason Marquis won his sixth game of the season, while former Cy Young Award winner Cliff Lee took the loss for the Phillies.
Espinosa’s RBIs increased his rookie lead in that category, he now has 33 and is tied for the rookie lead in home runs with 10. Morse’s 3 hit night finished off a stellar month of May – in 21 games Morse has driven in 15 runs with a batting average of .403.
The Nationals and Phillies conclude their 3-game series Wednesday afternoon at 1:05pm.
