Julius Johnson sentenced for 2005 slaying

A District man was sentenced to 28 years for a 2005 NW slaying.
Julius Johnson, 24, was convicted of second degree murder and various firearm charges in February in D.C. Superior Court. He killed James Cousant, 41, for disrespecting his father in the 1400 block of First Street NW, authorities said.
