Montgomery County Police arrested a man Monday in connection with the burglary of an Italian restaurant and a convenience store in Rockville.
Detectives say that they charged 25-year-old Larry Harris, Jr. with two counts of second and fourth-degree burglary, theft under $1,000 and two counts of malicious destruction of property.
Police say that just before 3 a.m. on Monday, they found the glass front door of the Food Express convenience store at 16254 Frederick Road smashed in. They then found Harris nearby with cuts and glass in his arm.
He was arrested on an outstanding warrant. An investigation revealed that Harris had property from another burglary at the nearby Zio's Italian Restaurant.
