Loudoun County Sheriff searching for Target robbery suspect
Loudoun County Sheriff's investigators are searching for a man who robbed a Target store in Sterling this past Sunday.
Authorities say that the man entered the Target at Potomac Run Plaza at about 8 p.m. and asked to see a digital music player. When an employee opened the case, the suspect tried to grab several players.
The suspect, who was caught on surveillance cameras, is described as a 5'10" white male in his mid-to-late 20s. He was wearing a black Nike hooded sweatshirt.
He then brandished what appeared to be a knife, then fled with the electronics in what police say they believe is a Cadilac CTS that's missing a passenger side hubcap.
Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to contact the sheriff's office or Loudoun Crime Solvers.
