Authorities are now blaming driver fatigue for the crash that killed four passengers on a tour bus in Caroline County, Va. It seems that every few weeks, another bus crashes. Still, countless buses traverse the United States without incident daily. Are tour buses safe, and if not, how can the mode of transportation be made safer?
