In a strongly worded letter to the Army, Sen. Mark Warner said he was “disappointed” that the Army hasn’t put into a place a list of recommendations to improve Arlington National Cemetery, reports the Washington Post.

Warner wanted to “express my concern and disappointment about a lack of significant follow-up on the Army’s efforts to incorporate and implement the recommendations,” the letter states. It was sent to Secretary of the Army John McHugh.

At issue is a list of recommendations from Northern Virginia technology companies in a report that found the cemetery had an out-of-date paper record keeping system and inadequate oversight that ultimately led to remains being put into incorrect or mismarked graves, the Post reports.

Warner also wanted an update into a criminal investigation looking into a mass grave at the cemetery that had eight sets of cremated remains.
