14 arrested at House gallery

Fourteen people who were protesting the U.S. prison in Guantanamo were arrested in the House galleries Thursday.

U.S. Capitol Police arrested the 14 at about 4:40 p.m. All are being charged with unlawful conduct and disruption of congress.
