Amtrak service disrupted between New York City and Philadelphia

Amtrak is working to restore service between New York City and Philadelphia because of a fire at an electrical substation in New Jersey.
Trains are still running between Washington and Philadelphia, but some delays are expected.
Amtrak says its unsure how long it’ll take to fully restore service.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
