Joachim Walter-Gustav Rogge, missing Bethesda man, found dead

A 53-year-old Bethesda man who was reported missing in May has been found dead.

Joachim Walter-Gustav Rogge, of the 6600 block of Marbury Road, was found dead in Lycoming County, Pa. Foul play is not suspected.

He had been missing since May 29
