June 10, 2011 - 09:38 am
Authorities in Loudoun County have arrested an 18-year old man in connection with a series of vandalism cases where the number 68 was spray painted on vehicles.
The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office arrested Christopher W. Bolt of Sterling on Thursday. He has been charged with one count of felony destruction of property in connection with a June 6 tag on a vehicle.
Bolt is allegedly responsible for spray painting more than 50 cars in the Ashburn, Leesburg and Sterling area between April 30 and June 7.
Authorities say there is no evidence of the vandalism being gang-related. Further charges may come after an investigation.
