Cyclist struck, pinned under vehicle in NW

D.C. Fire reports a cyclist was struck by an SUV near the intersection of 14 Street and Constitution Avenue in Northwest.
Authorities say a 28-year-old woman and her bike became pinned under a Ford Expedition following the crash, which occurred shortly before 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. She was extricated and taken to a George Washington University Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing. No charges have been filed.
