An alleged underage drunk driver is charged in a crash in Winchester that killed a couple and their two sons.
It happened around 11 a.m. Sunday.
Police say 20-year-old Steven Boyce’s truck rear-ended the family’s Jeep Cherokee that was stopped at a red light on I-81 at northbound exit 317.
The Cherokee caught fire.
Mark and Amanda Roe and their sons, Caleb and Tyler, died at the scene.
Boyce, who was taken to a local hospital, is charged with one count of involuntary manslaughter, driving under the influence and underage possession of alcohol.
