Eugene Antoine Kelly arrested, charged in connection with Isaiah Harris murder

A 26-year-old man was arrested Wednesday in connection with the murder of a 15-year-old boy, police say.
Authorities have charged Eugene Antoine Kelly of Northeast Washington with first-degree murder in the Monday shooting death of Isaiah Harris.
Police say that Harris and another unidentified victim were shot and killed late Monday night in the 1400 block of New Jersey Avenue NW. Both were transported to an area hospital, where Harris was pronounced dead.
The condition of the other victim is not known at this time.
Harris was one of several people shot during a string of incidents throughout the area on Monday night.
