Firefighters battle blaze on Manassas church grounds

Prince William County firefighters are battling a house fire on the property of the Church of God in Manassas.

Authorities say it appears lightning struck the building, sparking a blaze. The church property is located in the 8800 block of Rixlew Lane across the street from Stonewall Jackson High School. The fire is burning in a house next to the main church.

Two alarms have been called. No injuries have been reported.
