Garrett Acker, Fairfax man arrested in undercover drug bust

A Fairfax man has been arrested for selling heroin to undercover detectives on four different occasions.

Garrett R. Acker, 33, is charged with four counts of distribution of heroin.

Police say Acker bought and sold several grams of heroin, which he distributed to undercover cops, during a two-month period. He was taken into custody on June 22 near the Vienna Metro station.
