Jalmalda Durrell Redish arrested in connection with Wachovia robbery

Prince George's County Police arrested a District Heights man Friday in connection with the robbery of a Wachovia Bank earlier this week.

Jalmalda Durrell Redish, 37, is being charged with armed robbery in connection with the June 13 crime at a Wachovia branch in the 5800 block of Silver Hill Road.
Police say that just after 4 p.m. on June 13, a suspect entered the bank, implied that he had a gun and demanded money. The suspect fled on foot.
