D.C. police are investigating a homicide in Northeast.
About 6 p.m. Sunday, a man’s body was found inside a home in the 1300 block of Levis Street. The victim has been identified as 61-year-old Glenn Scarborough of Northeast D.C.
Police say preliminary evidence indicates that the victim had been stabbed, and that duct tape may have been affixed to part of his body.
Jessica Gray has only lived in the neighborhood for about a year and was shocked to hear that her elderly neighbor had bee murdered.
She said she plans to be more cautious until the killer is caught.
Police have no suspects or a motive at this time.
