Man falls down ventilation shaft at Georgetown

Aman suffered serious, life-threatening injuries after falling down a ventilation shaft at Georgetown University.
It happened around 9:40 a.m. Monday at Yates Field House, located near the intersection of 37th and Prospect streets NW.
D.C. Fire crews rescued the victim who reportedly fell 15 feet and became trapped. The man is not a student, authorities say.
The victim was flown to a local hospital.
