Police investigate SE hit-and-run

D.C. police are investigating a hit-and-run in Southeast.
A man riding a moped was struck by a vehicle near the intersection of 34th Street and Minnesota Avenue shortly after 12 a.m. on Friday. The vehicle then fled the scene.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
No further details were immediately available.
