Prince George's police to hold neighborhood walk

CAMP SPRINGS, Md. (AP) - Police in Prince George's County are holding a "neighborhood watch walk" this weekend.
Saturday's walk in Camp Springs is intended to promote open communication between the police and public. The walk will include crime prevention pamphlets, safety tips, face painting and free food.
The event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Woodberry Forest Neighborhood Park. It's organized by the District IV Community Oriented Policing Services, or COPS.
