Riverdale Road sobriety checkpoint enforced Friday night

Prince George's County Police will operate a sobriety checkpoint this Friday night in Riverdale.

The checkpoint will operate from 9 p.m. through 3:00 on Saturday morning along the Riverdale Road corridor.

Authorities say the focus of the effort is to ensure safety as people celebrate the start of the summer season.
