Several streets remain closed in NW as authorities investigate a HazMat situation at Tudor Place Historic House and Gardens.
Authorities report that 31 Street between Q and R streets remains closed. DC Fire and EMS spokesperson Pete Piringer says workers at Tudor Place were going through some old items and found an old first aid kit. Something in the kit may have crystallized and may be hazardous.
