Stuck truck closes Massachusetts Ave.

Massachusetts Avenue has closed down indefinitely after a dump truck towing construction equipment became lodged underneath Thomas Circle.

Eastbound traffic on Massachusetts Avenue has been closed indefinitely and only one lane of westbound traffic is open.

Hydraulic fluid has leaked.
