Suspect sought in Fairfax armed bank robbery

Police are looking for one of two suspects who robbed a bank at gunpoint in Fairfax.
The suspect is described as a black man with a medium build. He was wearing a light colored shirt with blue jeans. Police say he may have dreads or may be wearing a wig.
A second suspect, identified as 38-year-old William L. Cole, of Fort Washington, was arrested in Prince George’s County and will be extradited to Fairfax County.
Police say the men held up the BB&T Bank at 8416 Arlington Boulevard around 2 p.m. Monday. One of them showed a gun, and both escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported.
