Water main break affects service in Northwest

A water main break is causing problems for several residents in Northwest Washington.
DC Water reports that an eight-inch main broke at Ordway Street between Connecticut Avenue and 27th Street is affecting water service at 21 apartment buildings in the area.
Residents may experience water supply problems until the break is fixed, which officials expect to last 6 to 8 hours.
