Anne Arundel County boat accident injures three

Three people were injured when their boats collided on the South River in Anne Arundel County late Saturday night, police say.
An Anne Arundel County Police spokesperson says that the accident involved a collision between a powerboat and a sailboat. The boats struck each other just after midnight.
All of the victims, two males in their 20s and a female in her 30s, sustained non-life threatening injuries. All three victims were transported to a Baltimore shock trauma center.
The accident is still under investigation.
