Bicyclist struck in hit-and-run crash

A bicyclist was struck by a car in Anne Arundel County in a hit-and-run accident Tuesday evening.
The bicyclist was traveling westbound on East College Parkway when he was struck from behind by a vehicle going the same direction. The cyclist, a 59-year-old Annapolis man, was thrown to the curb.
The driver didn’t stop after the collision, according to the police report. A vehicle of interest is a small grey car
The cyclist was taken to University Of Maryland Shock Trauma for treatment for his injuries. Anyone who may have witnessed this crash or may have information about this crash, please call Eastern District Police Station at 410-222-6145 or Police Communications at 410-222-8610.
