Tyler Roe remembered on what would have been his 5th birthday
Several hundred people gathered today in Clearbrook Park near Winchester to remember a little boy killed in a drunk driving accident. Residents released dozens of blue and green balloons to honor the young child.
Tyler Roe would have turned 5 today, but instead his family is planning his funeral. Caleb's parents, Amanda and Mark and his brother Caleb were all killed in the accident last Sunday morning.
Authorities say the driver of the vehicle that hit the Roe's had a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit.
Steven Boyce, 20, is being held without bond. He faces a single count of involuntary manslaughter.
The victim's family says the funeral for the Roe's will be held this Thursday at the Omps Funeral Home in Winchester.
