An attempted armed robbery of a McDonald’s in Sterling was caught on video Thursday.
And police believe at least two of the suspects might be partially identified by their clothing even though they had their faces covered.
Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office investigators have released surveillance video stills of four suspects in the attempted robbery on Pidgeon Hill Drive.
One of the suspects was wearing a LA Dodgers baseball cap with a unique design on the front of a black t-shirt. A second suspect was wearing a Texas Longhorns hat as well as a t-shirt with an unknown image on the back.
Four unknown suspects entered the McDonald’s around 12:24 a.m. in the 20800 block of Pidgeon Hill Drive. One of the men showed a knife.
But as the suspects attempted to rob the restaurant, the employees were able to escape.
The suspects then fled the scene empty handed.
All four suspects were described as Hispanic males by the McDonald’s employees.
