Danielle Blowe charged with abducting her child from Md. foster home

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) - A Hagerstown woman is charged with abducting her 3-year-old daughter from a foster home.
Twenty-six-year-old Danielle Blowe is being held on $75,000 bond after she allegedly took the girl from foster care in the 1200 block of Jefferson Boulevard on Saturday night.
Maryland State Police say troopers found the girl unharmed at an address on Mont Valla Avenue on Sunday.
Police say the girl had been placed in foster care by the Department of Social Services.
