Eric Kennedy convicted of shooting at his father, brother

A 34-year-old D.C. man was convicted Tuesday of firing gunshots at his father and brother on Christmas.
Eric Kennedy, also known as John Kennedy, was convicted in D.C. Superior Court of assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm during a crime of violence, and other offenses.
Authorities said Kennedy got into an argument with his father and brother on Dec. 24, 2010 in the 1600 block of 16th Street. He fired shots at the pair during the argument. No one was wounded.
