Hip-Hop festival returns to D.C.

WASHINGTON (AP) - The annual Hip-Hop Theater Festival is returning to Washington for its 10th year.
The festival begins July 11 and continues for a week with events at the Kennedy Center's Millennium Stage, the 930 Club and the Arena Stage, among other places.
The events include an art exhibition, dance instruction and benefit concert.
