Hybla Valley apartment fire displaces 36 people

36 people have been displaced after a two-alarm fire at a Hybla Valley apartment complex, fire officials say.
Fairfax County Fire & Rescue officials say that the fire started in a garden apartment in the 7800 block of Belford Drive around 3:15 a.m. on Sunday. It took firefighters about an hour to get the fire under control.
Fire officials are saying that the blaze was an accidental electrical fire. There is no report of any injuries.
Damage is estimated at about $125,000.
