Kelvin Donnell Brown shot on Lincoln Road Northeast

A man died from wounds suffered in a shooting in the 1600 block of Lincoln Road Northeast, D.C. police said.
Emergency personnel were called around 12:35 a.m. on Tuesday and took the victim to the hospital. When police arrived, he was being treated for a gunshot wound. He later passed away from his injuries.
The decedent has been identified as 22 year-old Kelvin Donnell Brown of Northwest, Washington, D.C.
