Man dies in Potomac River incident

UPDATE 10:43 a.m.: D.C. Fire reports the man has died. His identity has not been released.
ORIGINAL: A man is hospitalized after being pulled from the Potomac River.
Officials say the man hit his head and fell into the water while he was trying to tie up his boat. He was found in the water near Thompson’s Boat House in Northwest.
Paramedics were performing CPR on the man as he was rushed to the hospital. His condition is unknown.
The search was centered in the area about 1/2 mile south of the Memorial Bridge.
