Man shot, killed in Northwest

A man is dead after being shot in the head in Northwest.

Police say the man was found unconscious near the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Randolph Street around 3:10 a.m. Tuesday.

There are no suspects or a motive at this time. The victim was identified as 23-year-old David Eduardo Gonzalez of Northwest, D.C.

The investigation is ongoing.
