A Metro bus and vehicle collided Saturday afternoon in NW D.C.
The crash occurred at about 12:40 p.m. in the 5700 block of Georgia Avenue NW.
Metro Spokesperson Cathy Asato says the bus was headed southbound when a car coming out of a carwash and the bus collided.
Four people were transported to a local hospital, including the bus driver, two bus passengers and the driver of the car.
Asato says preliminary information indicates that the car driver was at fault and will likely be charged by MPD. MPD says they remain on the scene and are unable to confirm at this time.
