Norwood Road reopens after car accident; delays expected

Norwood Road in Montgomery County has reopened after a car crashed into a tree causing it to knock down a utility pole. As a result, traffic delays are expected in the area as many traffic signals are malfunctioning.
Norwood Road between Route 108 and Excalibur Lane was shut down, but has since reopened.
No further details were immediately available.
