Rachel Rebeka Rodrigues, 15, and Celia Halpern, 16, who were missing, were found unharmed.

Rodrigues, of the 5900 block of Conway Road, Bethesda, is described as a white female, 5'06" tall, weighing 110 pounds, with brown eyes and long blond hair. She was last seen on July 10th.

Halpern, of the 5100 block of Westport Road, Bethesda, is described as a white female, 5'1" tall, weighing 135 pounds, with brown eyes and dyed black hair. Police and family are concerned for her welfare because she suffers from a medical condition and does not have her medication with her.

Both were found.
