Road closure at 395 and 3rd Street tunnel

D.C. police reports a road closure at the exit ramp from the eastbound freeway 395 to bound 3rd Street tunnel. Traffic is being diverted onto Washington Avenue SW.
The exit ramp from the freeway to the tunnel is unaffected. The road closure is expected to last up to 4 hours.
This closure is due to preventative maintenance in the third street tunnel.
