Row house fire in NW D.C. under control

DC Fire and EMS crews have taken control of a reported electrical fire in a row house in the 1700 block of 34th Street NW in D.C.
DC Fire and EMS Spokesperson Pete Piringer reports that several homes are affected.
Smoke is reportedly coming out of manholes as well.
